Impact Report

Our mission at Tonic is "work with impact"

Impact is not a word simply thrown around in meetings, but one that can be found at the heart of everything we do. Our impact is threefold — through the work we do for our clients, our employee experience, and our community outreach.

But what does that actually equate to? Here at Tonic, the success of our business is measured not only by our profit, but by the positive change we can make in the world, for our clients, and for our team members.

34,271 Trees planted

And counting!

Thanks to a continued partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects, one tree is planted for every billable hour worked here at Tonic.

Each tree is consciously planted in an area of the world where it can make the most impact for the planet and for the people in its surrounding communities.

DONATIONS

Tonic is committed to donating 3% of our profits to organizations making a positive impact.

How do we choose our organizations for monetary and product donations?

Tonic is committed to donating to causes rooted in doing good. These donations can be tangible products and services, or monetary donations. We choose organizations by having transparent and honest conversations with our team members about what they find important and how we can make our local communities a little better.

TRENDS COMMITTEE

A bi-weekly gathering of different minds to discuss the current trends in media and social movements, and how we can leverage these opportunities to further Tonic’s impact, internal education, and brand identity.
